Our gluten-free Kelon Chips are the work of Mr. Delors LEUWING who took over his mother's plantain chip production business after his studies in Germany. He professionalized it with the creation in 2016 of the family company MBOA SNACKERY'S. The yellow ones correspond to ripe plantain chips and the blue ones to slightly salted unripe plantain chips.
